To choose the appropriate size, you need 3 measurements: back, chest and front paws.

To correctly measure the back: start from the withers or in the same direction as the front legs and go to the end of the spine or just before the tail.

Chest: measure just behind the front paws.

Front paws: note that this measurement starts from the chest and ends at the joint, before touching the ground.

He needs to be standing: do not measure him lying down and do not start measuring his back from the neck, where we place the collar.

To measure using a ruler and a piece of thread: (1) position the cold on the back; (2) mark or cut where it starts and ends and (3) use the ruler to measure the length of the wire.
